Iðunn doesn't show my steps or calories

Open the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Iðunn and turn on the categories. Watch data reaches Iðunn only if the watch's app writes it to Apple Health.

Notifications don't arrive

Check Settings → Notifications → Iðunn and, in Iðunn, Profile → Reminders. A reminder isn't sent if the data has already been logged.

How do I move my data to a new iPhone?

Your data moves with the encrypted device backup or with direct iPhone-to-iPhone transfer. You can also export it as JSON or CSV from Profile → Data and privacy.

How do I delete all my data?

Profile → Data and privacy → Delete all data. You can choose whether to also delete what Iðunn wrote to Apple Health.

Are the AI meal estimates accurate?

They're an estimate from the photo: check and correct the amounts before saving. For packaged food, use the barcode.
